- The authorities will issue a Certificate of Enrollment(COE) around one month before your course begins. The institution will send you the CoE as soon as it has been issued and you have paid for your first semester’s fee.
- Once you receive your COE, without wasting a day make an appointment at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate to apply for the actual visa.
