These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 

II. Shipping/ Returns

Flutteredbyro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Exchanges of brand new unused items that are in their original packaging can be done for other products. The customer is responsible for paying the difference in price including shipping charges to return items for exchange. Because of the nature of our products returns will be not accepted.

 



IV. Payment
You may pay using PayPal or Shopify stripe payment. 


VI. General
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which includes our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us (you and Flutteredbyro) concerning your use of or purchases on the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time we wish by posting the changes on the Site. Any changes made are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You comply immediately with any termination or other notice including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, other forms or other form of joint enterprise between us. Our failure to require your performance of any provision shall not affect our full right to require such performance at any time. The rights and remedies provided by these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.

FAQ

When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 3-7 business days, during peak time such as holidays or major sales, processing can extend to up to 10 business days.

NO items will be processed or shipped on holidays.

My item is lost, I gave the wrong address, can I get my money refunded?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages because of incorrect addresses. If USPS confirms delivery of the package, then you will be responsible to put a claim in with USPS.

However, if the packages are returned will we reship upon confirmation of payment for reshipping. (Reship fee can be paid on the website)

 My item came damaged

Unfortunately, Flutteredbyro are not responsible for damaged goods, at the time of shipments all items are checked for damages. A claim can be put in with USPS for any damages during shipment.

At the moment, Flutteredbyro does not have an affiliate program. 

 

Cancellations

If you placed an order and need to cancel it right away, you will be charged 25% which covers and deductions taken from the order that is being cancelled.
