A. How we collect Personal Information?

We will only collect Personal Information by lawful and fair means.  Personal Information may be collected directly from you or your authorized representative, or may be collected from a third party such as a licensee or representative authorized by us to provide services to you.  You may supply your Personal Information to us when communicating with us via social networks and other online channels, e.g. through your Facebook identity.

We do not collect Personal and Sensitive information unless the information is reasonably necessary for our business functions or activities. We will obtain your consent before collecting any Sensitive Information

D. Log files, IP Addresses and Information about your Computer and Mobile Device

Due to the communications standards on the internet, when you visit our platforms we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going to when you leave our platforms.

Additionally, advertisers receive the URL of the page you were on when you click on an ad on our platforms. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

By registering for the Festivals/events/workshops, the participant agrees to the taking of photos/videos by JEDUKA, which may be used, in whole or in part, free of charge, without any time limit and for the whole world in its communication documents (leaflets, invitations, etc.), its publications and website Ó£ÌÒµ¼º½.com. If you do not wish to appear on the images (photos, videos), please contact the organising team.

5. Your Obligations

As a User, you have certain obligations to other Users. Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations, and others have become commonplace in user-friendly

You must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy and Terms and use. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights that may belong to third parties (such as trademarks or photographs).

You must not download or otherwise disseminate any information that may be deemed to be injurious, violent, offensive, racist or xenophobic, or which may otherwise violate the purpose and spirit of Ó£ÌÒµ¼º½ and its community of Users.
