  • In the international and interdisciplinary master's degree program in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability (IMES), students will learn about all the fundamental principles of innovation management, entrepreneurship and sustainability. This includes all issues on operative, tactical and strategic levels relevant to founding new businesses or working in R&D. The curriculum encompasses relevant social, economic, and social science issues from theory and practice.

    Graduates of the IMES program receive a double degree: the Master of Science from TU Berlin and, as a second degree, one of the following:

  • Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Twente (Netherlands)
  • Master in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland)
  • Master in Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation from the Higher School of Economics (Russia)
  • Master in Management (Innovative Entrepreneurship) at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (Russia)

  • You spend two semesters in Berlin and two semesters in either Twente, Warsaw, Moscow, or St. Petersburg. Alternatively, you can choose another university. However, you would then not receive a double degree, only a single degree from TU Berlin.

  • Applicants must have a bachelors degree in economics, social sciences, engineering sciences, natural sciences or a related study programme
  • Applicant must have a bachelor degree.
